Inspect Structural Connections Before the Season Starts

After the Storm: What to Inspect
Once a storm passes, walk the property and check for new cracks or movement in structural connections, bent or torn dock hardware, and any shifted or damaged fencing and railings. Storm-stressed metal doesn't always fail immediately, so a follow-up inspection a few weeks later is worth doing as well.
Repair Storm Damage Promptly
